Whilst most of her competitors had profits of under 10%, Jan achieved a whopping 24%. Her profit margin was so strong because she built strong, congruent, and lasting relationships with her customers. Customers pay her within 21 days providing cost-effective repeat business and referrals flowing effortlessly into Strong cash-flow and high profitability
